Full Description:

A specialist Housing Lawyer is required for a challenging and varied Locum position in Orpington (Kent) with immediate effect. A good knowledge is required of possession of all types, homelessness, unlawful eviction, nuisance, harassment, anti-social behaviour, undue influence, disrepair and debt; with experience of insolvency being an advantage. Knowledge of public funding procedures is essential. This post will initially run on a week-by-week basis with a more definite time-frame to be put in place in due course.
