Job Description
Our client a top tier retail bank seeks an experienced tester to undertake a contract role within a clearings integration programme.
You will be responsible for ensuring test srcipts are appropriate for each business area they have been produced for. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of testing standards and methodologies and previous knowledge of testing within a clearings environment will be integral to the role.
The role itself will concentrate on the user acceptance testing of the clearings business requirements. You will prepare scripts, execute tests, and maintain traceability to each business requirement.
You will have strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management skills and possess previous experience of clearings. This is a business focussed role as opposed to a systems testing role, successful candidates will be business-facing testers.
You must have a strong retail banking and/or financial services backrgound to be considered for the role. Any previous knowledge of retail banking integration projects will be a distinct advantage.
