Due to our ever-developing business we have an opportunity at senior level to work as an Assistant Branch Manager within one of our very busy Ward & Partners offices.
Previous experience is essential within estate agency together with proven valuation skills.

ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER
JOB SPECIFICATION DETAILS


* To help manage the day to day running of the estate agency business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services.
* To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
* In conjunction with the Managing Director and the Branch Manager, the setting and reviewing of office and personal targets
* Motivating staff with incentives and rewards
* Holding 1:1 review meetings with the Branch Manager, identifying development needs
* Implementing agreed business plans
* Listing and selling properties
* Ensuring business is compliant
