This Charing based client are looking for a Book Keeper with knowledge of the double entry system and good IT skills to join their friendly team asap.

The role is broken down into two key areas. 30% Book Keeping and 70% general administration.

30% Book Keeping
- Successful candidate will need extensive experience in book keeping.
- Ability to work up to Trial Balance.
- Will be using ‘Sun Accounting’ system (A computerised double entry system) so successful candidate will need to know the double entry system inside out!

70% General admin
- Meeting the public
- Answering the telephones
- Dealing with certificates
- Filing
- Cross training other members of staff in accounts
